another day in our lives
last night with the girls from work was a ton of fun. Linda had prepared an amazing dinner and had even made special lactose free sauce for me. so thoughtful! we ate, drank, gossiped, laughed and decided that this is something we should do on a monthly basis. next time will be at Lisa’s place and i already look forward to it!
after the dinner we headed to ljunggrens to meet up with some guys from work (who didn’t show).
how nice – finally weekend! considering my financial drought (paid my internet bill and have 99sek left on my account) i will obviously lay low, but tonight some girls and i are invited to dinner at a colleagues house which will be a lot of fun. i have to remember to snap pictures!

ps: i have some euros which i can exchange so don’t be too worried about me. 
thursday evening and i’m watching the l word and drinking tea from my new cup which nina gave me as a house warming gift. and i haven’t even had a house warming party yet! very sweet indeed. so thank you nina, it’s perfect! the plan was to meet up with astrid at vassa, but not sure if i’m motivated. although, vassa is just about 1 minute away from here so it wouldn’t demand too much effort… still, i might just stay here with my tea.
last saturday was such a blast with dinner at astrid’s which followed by drinks and dancing at obaren and ended with playstation “rockband”. what a night! pictures speak louder than words…
today was finally payday and i got to buy my nice couch and pay off some bills. problem is that i now have less than 1000 SEK (about 90 euros) to live on for all of march! this will be interesting… oh well, at least i’ll be sitting comfortable! 
and now i’m too tired to tell you about it. just wanted to share with you that stockholm is not such a shabby place to live.
but i’m dreaming myself away and wish i was somewhere, anywhere, with warmer temperatures. it’s becoming very hard to prioritize spending my money on the apartment when i just want to escape reality and go far away from here. there must be some way to compromise here…

BUT, the weekend have been absolutely fantastic and i have to show some of the pictures from saturday night. having that much fun is probably the reason for being so exhausted now.
…is extraordinary. really. but having conversations with them gets a bit boring. so this is why i’m so happy that astrid has already decided to check out of the hospital and she’s ready to go out tonight. she’s a strong gal…
