kräftskiva = crayfish party
Published September 30, 2009 ME , bull terrier , friends , party , stockholm , totti 4 Commentsi love it when i get a lot of stuff done. i guess it does help that linus went back to oslo today…
so this is what i got done:
- did 3 loads of laundry including bed sheets. mmm love the feel of just tumbled sheets.
- installed my new 32″ sony bravia! yes, i caved in and got myself a tv. and oh dear god i have a TON of channels. i’m a satisfied customer
- FINALLY got around to get wireless internet. about time to reduce amount of cables!
- put together the frames which will hang over the couch and nailed fabric to them AND managed to get my thumb in between. so i had to stop and finish tomorrow…
- cooked dinner (red curry thai with an added tiny fish caught by linus the other day) and made lunch boxes for the next two days.
- and a bunch more!
i still have a lot to do in the apartment after my trip to ikea yesterday, but time to hit the bed. and tomorrow linus will be back again but i’m guessing he will be busy with my 300 channels i have so i can finish up the stuff around here. oh and yes, i will take some pictures of the place soon enough…

what a weekend! sunny weather, great company and tons of food (and beer, wine and snaps!). i was pretty beat last night but well worth it. thanks to all and of course especially to Linus and his parents who let us use their place.

ok, here they are, the final puppy pictures. hmmm what will i lay my eyes on now? all you new owners – i envy you and wish you good luck! on the other hand, i already have the best dog in the world so i guess i’m the lucky one.
last post was so boring so let’s look at some more puppy pictures. notice how the puppies tried to nurse from ester… poor girl but she just loves puppies so much she’ll let them do anything!
But the camera hasn’t been with me all weekend so no proofs. I don’t think it’s very exciting to describe my life in just words but let’s go for it this time.
Linus arrived Saturday morning and after he got some rest we headed over to Emil with family for Noah’s very first birthday party. I brought him a little Brio Donald car since I figured I’d get him disneyfied at an early age!
Mom and dad had flown in for the occasion and this was the first time they got to meet Linus which I think went well. We stayed for cake and delicious dinner before heading back to the city. Later I met up with Carissa and we headed to Ljunggrens for some drinks.
After getting to sleep in on Sunday we went for brunch at Strand with a bunch of Linus’ friends. Very nice food and company.
We wrapped up the weekend with watching the Swedish movie “Män som hatar kvinnor” (Men who hates women) on DVD at Linus’ place. I hadn’t read the book and never understood the hype around the author, Stieg Larsson, but the movie really surprised me! I might even go and see the second movie from his books in the movie theater.
Anyways, I do have a life still even though I rarely talk about other things than bull terriers. And honestly, wasn’t it much more interesting to see puppy pictures than hear about my weekend?
