another day in our lives
i can’t really blame the lack of writing on being busy, i guess i’m just not that into sharing stuff at the moment. 
but soon i have to show you how the apartment is evolving. i’m starting to see things happening…
but i made a little collage of the look at my place. maybe it gives you an idea.

it’s raining a bit outside which of course makes it a perfect evening to eat unhealthy and watch a flick with dicaprio. totti has been with helena who wanted company for the day (thank you!), so totti is happily chilling as well. and btw, love the h&m satin sheets i just got. highly recommended to buy, well anything from their collection!
however, the joy ended quickly when one of the shelves fell down… i better go and see my friends at claes ohlson soon. i just hope the other one doesn’t fall down in the middle of the night!
i found this couch table at stalands and it had to be mine! i have put down the down payment and in a few weeks it will be delivered to me. i’m looking forward to its arrival!

today was finally payday and i got to buy my nice couch and pay off some bills. problem is that i now have less than 1000 SEK (about 90 euros) to live on for all of march! this will be interesting… oh well, at least i’ll be sitting comfortable! 
just launched their site for online shopping! it’s a great alternative to ikea for us who might not have that much to spend.
i think i will get some new bedding to match the color of the walls in my new sleeping area (pictures will follow). slowly my aparment is becoming a place i like to spend time in…
i’m eating sleeping breathing interior design at the moment and i’ve started to have nightmares about the whole ordeal.
anyways, as you might know, my apartment of 25 square meters still have no furniture other than one chair and a mattress. and ikea is of course a good place to get some nice pieces for a good price.
i had decided that for coffee table and lamp i would seek elsewhere for more “exclusive” items. BUT, now when i just saw the new ps collection from ikea i just fell in love with this lamp.
come february first, i want this lamp in the middle of my room!
btw, anybody knows from what tv show the headline is?

this is actually how i’m living at the moment. scary i know… the plan is to finish the hall first so i then can buy a closet and store most of the things while painting the main room. this will of course take longer than expected… painting the ceilings is a real pain in the butt. i sure wish i had some tall friends! well, you can see the beginning of painting the hallway in plum. it will look soooo nice when finished! i guess all this work will pay off in the end…
