yesterday in pictures

the gelhaars are always the perfect hosts and yesterday was no different. and of course, having some of my favorite people all in one place is the best. other than the birthday boy, i was most excited to see my brothers kids. noah who has just started to walk and nellie who have completely lost her shyness and easily started up conversations with david’s friends. i think both of them are happy to be in the spotlight!

after leaving the party i headed to another one with carissa. fussball tournaments, lussekatter and rosé wine. very strange combination but a good time.

David is 18!!!

I can finally bring my fav cousin David to the bars!!! We’re heading over to the Gelhaars soon to celebrate and I’ll bring with me my camera and new objective. Promise to report back later…

dad, erik and emil are heading to barcelona tomorrow and i wanted to wish them a great time. enjoy zlatan, tapas and cervezas and think of me back in stockholm working on the kitchen renovation.

mini vacation part 2

as i said before, i barely took any pictures during the family reunion but mom did so check out her site: http://www.juhlin.nu/foto/ and click on föllinge. make sure you check out my foot. the picture is taken just after it happened and it hadn’t started to bruise yet but you can see a funny looking bump. that’s where the broken bone is!

everything has been so strange and different lately and my mind has been everywhere except in the presence. i got to get better at that.

anyways, mom and dad were visiting last week and they came over for “coffee” last friday together with emil, jenny, nellie and noah. i like this picture of mom with noah. looking proud, right?

saturday was an absolutely beautiful day and as i mentioned before we celebrated mom’s birthday in the sun. unfortunately i was in a pretty bad mood (birgitta kept saying that i was hung over which was not true!) but i truly enjoyed spending time with the family and of course noah in particular (emil, when can i babysit???).

by the way, realize now that emil and jenny aren’t in any pictures… that’s what they get for having such beautiful children!

my heart melts

today is mom’s birthday so we celebrated in emil’s garden yesterday. this little guy, noah, has captured my heart. i love taking pictures of totti, but my nephew is my new muse.

nortull – hammarby

albin and his team played against hammarby on friday and i was there with birgitta, david and totti to support him. the game ended 1-1 which i think they were satisfied with although a win would have been nicer…
